A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals later than 15minutes may result in cancellation or rescheduling with no guarantee of same-day service. ❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. • No-shows or same-day cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings. • Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book in the future. 💰 Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total service price. 💇🏽‍♀️ Hair Policy • Braiding hair is included unless stated otherwise. • Boho hair is an additional $20 for any size.(Which you will need to purchase) • Please arrive with hair washed(clean), detangled and I will blow-dried, and product-free unless you have booked a prep service. ⏳ Appointment Time Appointment times are estimated. Please plan accordingly, as some styles may take longer depending on hair length, thickness, or style requested. 👶🏽 Extra Guests To maintain a professional and relaxing environment, no extra guests or children are allowed unless being serviced. 📱 Communication Please confirm your appointment when prompted.
